Who operates this Site

musenexus.studio is operated by Muse Nexus LLC (“Muse Nexus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This notice covers the studio Site. Products linked from the Site may publish their own privacy notices for product-specific accounts, purchases, and services.

Information you choose to provide

If you join an audience lane, we receive your email address, selected interest, consent choice and version, and the Site path where you signed up. If you send a studio inquiry, we receive the contact and project information you include, an operational submission receipt, and any bounded owned-page route hint carried by the form link. Email links open your email provider, whose handling is governed by your relationship with that provider.

How we use that information

We use submitted information to respond to requests, provide the updates you selected, route studio inquiries, maintain submission, consent, and unsubscribe records, protect the Site from abuse, and satisfy operational or legal obligations. An owned-page route hint is user-controlled context. It does not prove a payment, activation, or sale. Submitting a studio inquiry does not subscribe you to audience updates. Audience email includes a way to unsubscribe from that lane.

What the site measures

If you allow analytics, Muse Nexus Studio uses Google Analytics 4 to observe aggregate visits, sessions, page views, traffic sources, a first Signal Garden pointer interaction, choices among the project, product, and work paths, case-record opens, exits to product sites, the first interaction with the inquiry form, and whether the inquiry function accepted a submission. We do not intentionally send pointer coordinates, query strings, form content, email addresses, names, submission IDs, or payment details to Google Analytics.

Your choice

Analytics is denied by default and loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Your choice grants only analytics storage; Google advertising signals remain denied. Google functionality, personalization, and security storage signals also remain denied. Your choice is stored in this browser. Clearing site storage resets it. The private Audience Desk is excluded from this analytics loader.

Other operational data

Hosting and security providers may produce aggregate edge logs needed to deliver and protect the site. Those edge observations are kept separate from Google Analytics and are not treated as people, sessions, clicks, or sales.

Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers for hosting and security, database and authentication, requested email delivery, and consented analytics. They process information for those limited purposes under their own contractual and security commitments. We do not sell or rent audience or inquiry information. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or complete a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and interpretation

GA4 event-level retention is set to 14 months. Analytics and advertising-provider metrics are directional observations. They do not prove a purchase or revenue unless a matching first-party payment record confirms it.

We retain inquiry records, including route hints and submission receipts, and audience, consent, delivery, and suppression records only as long as reasonably needed for the requested relationship, operational integrity, security, and legal obligations. Unsubscribing stops messages for that lane, but a limited consent or suppression record may remain so we can honor the choice.

Your choices and requests

You may decline analytics, unsubscribe from audience email, or ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you. Some information may be retained when required for security, legal compliance, or an unresolved transaction. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
