Acceptance

These Website Terms govern your use of musenexus.studio (the “Site”), operated by Muse Nexus LLC (“Muse Nexus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What this Site is

The Site presents Muse Nexus studio work, original ventures, experiments, educational material, and ways to contact us. Information on the Site is general information, not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Separate products and services

The Site links to independent products and services across the Muse Nexus ecosystem. A linked product may have its own terms, privacy notice, eligibility rules, pricing, provider limitations, and availability. Those product-specific terms govern your use of that product. A description or link on this Site does not promise that every feature, provider, offer, or destination is available to every user.

Studio inquiries

Sending an email, submitting an inquiry, or discussing a possible project does not create a client, partnership, employment, fiduciary, or confidential relationship. A studio engagement begins only when Muse Nexus and the client sign a separate written agreement. Until then, do not send confidential or sensitive information.

Your submissions

You retain ownership of material you send to us. You represent that you have the right to send it and grant Muse Nexus a limited, non-exclusive permission to review, copy, and use it only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, operate the Site, or satisfy legal obligations.

Muse Nexus content

Unless stated otherwise, the Site’s text, visual design, branding, graphics, photography, video, software, and other original material are owned by Muse Nexus or used with permission. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, republish, scrape, train on, or create derivative works from Site content without permission or another legal right.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Site to:

• break the law, infringe another person’s rights, or misrepresent your identity;
• introduce malicious code or interfere with the Site’s operation or security;
• probe, scrape, or access non-public systems or data without authorization; or
• send spam, harassment, abusive material, or deceptive requests.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party platforms and independently operated destinations. We do not control their content, availability, security, or practices. A link does not imply endorsement, and your use of a third-party destination is governed by its own terms.

Availability and disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muse Nexus disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue Site content or features without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muse Nexus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the Site. Muse Nexus’s total liability arising from the Site will not exceed USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow every exclusion or limitation, so these limits apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Hawaii, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
